Mono-OPP Plastic Packaging Bags for Eyewear
This is a plastic self-sealing bag used for packaging eyewear. It is made of Mono-OPP material and complies with the latest EU recycling standards. Material Composition: PP with 30% recycled PP (rPP) content.
Applications: Suitable for inner packaging of products such as eyeglass frames, sunglasses, reading glasses, and eyeglass cases.
Mechanical Recyclability: Can be directly integrated into EU flexible PP film recycling streams (e.g., RecyClass Category for Flexible PP) and reprocessed into high-quality recycled PP (rPP) pellets after melting.
PPWR EU Compliance: Fully compliant with Design for Recycling (DfR) standards, with a recyclability assessment reaching Grade A or Grade B (โฅ 80%โ95% recyclable) under EU methodologies.
Approved Printing Technologies:
Option A: Heat Embossing (Steel Stamp) โ PREFERRED
Option B: Flexographic Printing (Flexo) โ SECONDARY
Note: Made of 100% Mono-PP virgin resin to ensure premium optical clarity and scratch protection for eyewear, fully optimized for mechanical recycling under PPWR Article 6.
